Sloth Yoga and Pilates: What Do They Have in Common?

We can't get enough of these new tanks! 

Namaste. Here's a yoga class we could get down with. Difficulty Level: Sloth. And the instructor isn't into all that chanting crap either. He mainly just sits there and smiles calmly. Occasionally we transition into Hanging Furball pose, or Sleeping Willow. The second half of the class is usually 30 minutes of Savasana.
I feel so good after Sloth Yoga.
