One of our newest PLHC exclusives is perhaps my favorite candle. I never hold it up to someone's nose in store without getting a satisfied "mmmm."
Here's the deal with coconut wax. It's a more eco-friendly alternative to soy or paraffin wax, which are what you find in most average candles. It also burns cleaner and doesn't make your house a smokey mess when you extinguish the candle.

Big News! It's the new year, and our resolution is to get in shape, so we're working out more! ...Just kidding!
BUT, we are releasing a whole line of athleisure wear in the next weeks. Athleisure wear is one of the hottest trends of the year, and everyone seems to be working out these days. (Or maybe they aren't, but their clothes say they do?) Whether you like to work out or not, you're gonna look good!
There comes a point in plant folklore when a houseplant becomes more than just a plant. It is artwork, furniture, and a talking point. This is the case with the variegated monstera deliciosa. We picked it up from the greenhouse last week and there were only 2 they had EVER had in stock before. So we got one!
The leaves on the monstera are variegated, meaning they have been specially bred to have a splash of color. We've always thought that nature produces art better than people can. Come in and get a picture with it. Trust us, it isn't camera shy!
Started in 2013, husband and wife team Jamie & Riho Lara created Cellar Door Candles. Their candles are based on a dedication to a non-toxic and clean lifestyle. They use a coconut wax and beeswax blend, which is a more sustainable alternative to soy wax.
They do not use plastic for shipping material, only recycled paper/material and re-used cardboard. Essential oils all come from a lavender farm close to their warehouse. All of our packaging, including the glass for candles, comes from the U.S.
