Returns and exchanges are accepted on CLOTHING items that have not been worn, altered or washed, and with all original tags attached. Return or exchange requests must be made within 10 days of the shipping date. We have the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet Peace Love and Happiness Club's return policy requirements.

SALE items or items purchased with a discount code are considered FINAL SALE.

Special Orders are Final Sale.

Beauty products such as soaps, lotions, perfumes are Final Sale. Intimate apparels are also considered Final Sale.

 Important Notes:

When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or a mark. Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Please take off all jewelry and watches prior to trying on to prevent potential snagging.


PLANT Shipping/ Returns:

Some plants will show slight knicks and dings upon shipping.  We will make every effort to ensure that the plant is secure, and well protected from the handling of carrier services.  Every package is INSURED and tracking# included.  Should you have any issues with the package arriving damaged, please file a claim directly w/ carrier within 24 hours.

Yellowing on some leaves in unavoidable on the most part, it does not indicate poor health of the plant, plants don't like to be in complete darkness for a long period of time and will try to conserve energy by dropping leaves.  

Your plant is inspected and we do everything to ensure it arrives to you happy and healthy.  If you have an issue, you must send us pictures and email us with 24-48 hours or delivery.  We cannot be accountable for weather damage (cold or heat). Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your order.

Merchandise must be shipped securely, pre-paid and insured. We do not reimburse shipping charges and recommend using a service providing a tracking number. We can't accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Items must be received within 10days of original shipping date for non-plant purchases. Plant roots must be wrapped in sphagnum moss or moist paper towel and enclosed in plastic bag and returned via USPS PRIORITY MAIL.

Once the merchandise has been received and inspected, a store credit will be issued or a refund to the same credit card with which the original purchase was made. Shipping charges are non refundable. We will process your return as soon as possible, but please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. If an item is returned without a Return Authorization, we will not refund you and you are responsible for the return shipping back to you.
