Ludwigia Senegalensis - TC
Ludwigia Senegalensis is a relatively new aquatic plant in the aquarium hobby. This aquatic stem plant sports a unique pattern on its leaves, making it quite a hot commodity with high rarity. Like many other Ludwigia species, Ludwigia Senegalensis has a deep red hue with a green vein and lighter colored veins running through the leaves creating a distinct pattern. Formerly referred to as Ludwigia Sp. Guinea, Ludwigia Senegalensis can be grown submerged or emersed. When grown emersed, Ludwigia Senegalensis has a creeping behavior versus its submerged form having a straight upright growth pattern.
