UPGRADE YOUR SHIPPING TO UPS NEXT DAY AIR/ (SAVER).
PLEASE NOTE: UPS next day air upgrade means when your order is ready to ship, we will ship it Next Day Air. Next Day Air orders will go out Monday - Thursday.
This upgrade is an added buffer on top of the shipping fee. You will still need to select shipping when you check out.
NEXT DAY shipping fee can vary depending on # of items, weight, package size, and destination.
* Please note that all couriers are experiencing heavy volume of packages being shipped due to covid-19. UPS has updated their policy that all UPS NEXT DAY AIR service is guaranteed.
* UPS/ USPS currently does not guarantee ground, priority, or 2-3 day air. They are best guess estimates.
Plants are perishable goods and unless shipped next day air, you will assume all risk from shipping handling to plants being affected from weather (heat/cold) conditions that are out of our control.
Any excess balance will be REFUNDED upon shipping

If you are in a cold climate region, please order a Heat Pack and consider upgrading to Next Day Shipping to minimize cold damage that may result from adverse weather conditions.
