Calypso Cilantro (Coriandrum sativum) is a superior, slow-bolting, and high-yielding variety of coriander, prized for its ability to produce lush, fragrant leaves for up to three weeks longer than standard varieties. It is ideal for continuous harvesting, growing 12–18 inches tall, and thrives in cool weather or partial shade.  Perfect for the Pacific NW.
