Red-leaved Fig.  A hardy tropical tree native to Africa that makes a magnificent hardy tropical tree in Banyan-style.  It features stunning coppery-red new spring growth, a prominent root flare (nebari), and a capacity to produce striking aerial roots.  

Can be trained into a Bonsai plant.  Specimens can fetch a high price.
