Mesclun mix is a French-style blend of young, tender baby greens—typically lettuce, arugula, mustard greens, and chicories—harvested early for salads. These fast-growing, cool-season plants (ready in 3–4 weeks) are best grown in sunny to partially shaded spots, using a "cut-and-come-again" method for multiple harvests.

We highly recommend upgrading your shipping to NEXT DAY AIR w/ signature capture to minimize shipping delays and/or prolong exposure to cold/heat.

Add a HEAT PACK during colder months as needed.

Some orders may take longer to ship as we monitor each plant to ensure they are well prepped to ship.
