Hill's Hardy Rosemary (also known as 'Madeline Hill' or 'Hardy Hill') is a cold hary variety that can tolerate 0 degrees. It was discovered and introduced by renowned Texas herbalist Madalene Hill and is prized for its ability to survive winter temperatures that would kill standard varieties. Can reach 2 - 4" in height as wide.
