Shipping

We highly recommend upgrading your shipping to NEXT DAY AIR w/ signature capture to minimize shipping delays and/or prolong exposure to cold/heat.

Add a HEAT PACK during colder months as needed.

Some orders may take longer to ship as we monitor each plant to ensure they are well prepped to ship.

Returns

Our customers love our plants and seldom return them. However, we'll be happy to help if you find our products below expectations.
Please read our return policy here.
