Fuchsia microphylla, also known as the small-leaved fuchsia, is a species of flowering shrub native to Mexico and Central America. It's characterized by its small leaves and vibrant, pendulous flowers that resemble tiny ballerinas.
The shrub is a popular ornamental plant, admired for its delicate beauty and long blooming period. The flowers are typically a combination of red and purple, but cultivars with different colors exist. Can be grown indoors. Trim to keep compact if in container.
