Begonia imperialis, also known as the imperial begonia, is a flowering plant native to Guatemala and southern Mexico. It is a broadleaf evergreen perennial that is grown for its foliage. The plant has silvery green, heart-shaped leaves with dark green stripes and a pebbly texture. It can grow to be 10–12 inches tall and produces white flowers in the summer.
