Packaged well. Came with more established roots than I expected (see attached picture). Kept it water for about two weeks and then transferred to soil- doing well. The leaf has minimal variegation but the stem has potential. Have had it for about 3 weeks and a new leaf is just starting to emerge.

Horrible quality plant. Leaf was all kinds of messed up. Burn spots, rust spots, half the leaf gone (which I saw ordering I might get) but most of the green half was burnt and had rust fungus spots. If I wanted a node I would have bought a node... for way cheaper. When contacted, they said it was simply cosmetic. Well, for claiming to have premium, beautiful plants, this is unexpected and should not have even been sold. So dissatisfied
